<p>An hydraulic binder including gypsum, anhydrite, or their mixture is used for stabilizing arsenical wastes. An Independent claim is included for a method of stabilizing arsenical wastes by using the hydraulic binder. The arsenical waste is first mixed with an iron salt, and then the binder is added. The iron salt addition is preferably a mixture of two salts selected from iron, preferably ferrous, sulfate, iron chloride or iron nitrate.</p> |
