PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that the adsorption capacity of fine particles of fat and oil lowers due to partial lowering of adsorption capacity. SOLUTION: A fat and oil adsorbing body 40 is divided into two by arranging a transverse plate 80 vertically so that fat and oil having inertia separate from exhaust gas and adhere to the transverse plate 80. Rough particles of fat and oil are adsorbed to a lower fat and oil adsorbing body and then residual fine particles of fat and oil are adsorbed to an upper fat and oil adsorbing body thus cleaning exhaust gas before being discharged outdoors from a ceiling duct. |
