PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively manufacture an optical disk uniformly colored without color ununiformity. SOLUTION: A disk substrate molding material 3 and a coloring agent which are independently supplied respectively are mixed at a coloring material mixing section 4 and the disk substrate molding material 3 mixed with the coloring material is melted while kneaded in a kneading and melting section 16, then supplied to a disk substrate molding section 22 to mold a disk substrate D. Thus, the optical disk uniformly colored is manufactured.
