PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide commodity information of much higher value to client, to prevent commodity information owned by the dealer side from being known more than needed, and to prevent personal information on the client side from being known more than necessary as well. SOLUTION: This system is provided with a data base 4 on a web for storing data on the personal information of the client collected through the internet 3 and request information concerning a commodity, an information providing means for allowing access to an information provider only concerning the request information enabling retrieval and allowing the registration of provided information corresponding to the request information, a means for distributing the registration destination of the provided information on the web to the client, to which the provided information is presented, and an information presenting means for reading the registered provided information on the web on the basis of the distributed registration destination by the client and presenting information for directly accessing the information provider, which registers the provided information matching with the client's own request or interesting. Thus, only the client and the information provider with high necessity to match with the request information and the provided information can be mediated. |
