PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent dust from being stuck on an air distribution hole or protecting cover as much as possible by changing the distributing direction of air at times or to remove dust even when the dust is stuck. SOLUTION: A reversible motor 3 is attached to a fan 5 for cooling the inside of a casing 1 with an air stream and this motor 3 is inverted by a CPU 10 just for fixed time just after and just before a power source is turned off.
