PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic transaction distribution system for allocating a transaction to an appropriate agent instead of a transaction starter. SOLUTION: This automatic transaction distribution system allocates an incoming transaction to an agent selected so as to handle the transaction by the transaction starter on the basis of information provided to the transaction starter by the transaction distribution system.
