PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform shift range change or manual speed change with simple and less number of times of shift lever operations. SOLUTION: This shift control device comprises a first shift guide path 211 for the operation of a shift lever 201 to be shifted among P, R, N, D5, D4 positions, a connection shift guide path 212 for the operation to be shifted from the D4 position to 3/M position and a second shift guide path 213 for allowing the operation of the shift lever to be shifted from the 3/M position to a direction different from that of the connection shift guide path 212. The D5 position serves for automatic speed change up to the fifth speed and the D4 position serves for automatic speed change up to the fourth speed. Three ranges are set for automatic speed change up to the third speed when the shift lever is shifted from the D4 position to the 3/M position in the connection shift guide path 213, so that stepwise manual speed change is performed by the operation of the shift lever located at the 3/M position to be shifted in the second shift guide path 213. |
