PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the scuffing of the surface of a cylindrical substrate in handling after forming by forming the substrate of a high hardness electrically conductive resin composition, to prevent a disadvantage when a photosensitive layer is formed by coating on the surface of the cylindrical substrate, to surely form a good photosensitive layer and to obtain a photosensitive drum capable of surely attaining superior printing performance with respect to a photosensitive drum used in an electrophotographic device such as a copying machine, a facsimile machine or a printer. SOLUTION: In the photosensitive drum obtained by forming a photosensitive layer by coating on peripheral surface of a cylindrical substrate, an electrically conductive resin pipe comprising an electrically conductive resin composition containing a resin having a Vickers hardness of >=15 as a base resin is used as the cylindrical substrate. |
