PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring device for streaming electrification capable of measuring amount of streaming electrification generated by contact between a measured liquid and an insulating solid, with high repeatability and high accuracy. SOLUTION: This measuring device for streaming electrification is provided with a container 12 storing a measured fluid 13, an insulating solid 14 immersed into the measured fluid 13 in the container 12, a rotating driving means 15 capable of rotating the insulating solid 14 in the measured fluid 13, and a measuring means 19 for measuring amount of streaming electrification generated between the insulating solid 14 and the measured liquid 13 by rotations of the insulating solid 14.
