PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a rare earth bonded magnet is suitable for a small and precise part but required to be improved in moldability with a reduction of a molded body in wall thickness and size, moreover an Nd-Fe-B magnet has such a fault that it is easy to get rusty, so that a lubricant is added to improve the Nd-Fe-B magnet in moldabilty, and a surface treatment and the like are performed on an Nd-Fe-B magnet material by the use of phosphoric acid + isocyanate compound to improve the magnet in moldability and rust- proof properties, but these treatments are not enough to improve Nd-Fe-B magnet in moldability and rust-proof properties. SOLUTION: A mixture of rare earth magnetic powder subjected to a surface treatment by the user of an organic phosphonate-containing solution and resin can be used as a bonded magnet composite material excellent in moldability, and the material is injection-molded into a bonded magnet which is excellent in rust-proof properties as being kept high in magnetic properties. Therefore, a molded body can be lessened in size and wall thickness, so that a bonded magnet of this constitution can be contribute to reduced size and weight of consumer electric equipment and communication/sound equipment. |
