<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a flowable semi-finished product for manufacturing a coating material and a lacquer which contains a metallic pigment as the initial product and has gas treatment stability, and a stabilized metallic paste material. SOLUTION: The semi-finished product for manufacturing coating material and a lacquer has water, a stabilized metallic pigment, and a corrosion-resistant pigment, and the metallic pigment is aluminum, copper, zinc, tin or an alloy thereof and is stabilized with a phosphorus-containing organic compound and a base, a silicate or a modified silane, a polymer or a phosphoric ester. Further, the pigment which is corrosion resistant is selected from a zinc phosphate complex, a zinc phosphate silicicacid complex, and a zinc molybdate complex.</p> |
