PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a junction part of a pipeline from vertically bending and to allow horizontal bending. SOLUTION: Inside a diametrally enlarged socket 20, a gap between an inner face of the diametrally enlarged socket 20 and an outer face of a short pipe 16 is sealed by a rubber ring 26 and a gap between an inner face of the short pipe 16 and an outer face of a spigot short pipe 14 is sealed by a rubber ring 32 for preventing water leakage in the junction part. In a side deeper than a rubber ring accommodating part 24, vertical size of the diametrally enlarged socket 20 is set substantially the same as an outer diameter of the short pipe 16 and horizontal size is set larger than the outer diameter of the short pipe 16 for suppressing movement in the vertical directions of the short pipe 16 inside the diametrally enlarged socket 20 and allowing horizontal movement.
