PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve an integrated circuit that prevents the number of parts that should be mounted onto a substrate and the area of the substrate from being increased even if measures against EMI are executed for preventing malfunction. SOLUTION: In the integrated circuit, elements against EMI such as capacitors Ca to Cd are inserted into a chip. For example, when a cell region 1 is divided into four cell regions 1a to 1d, the capacitors Ca to Cd may be provided to each of the cell regions 1a to 1d, thus allowing each of the capacitors Ca to Cd to operate as so-called bypass capacitors, hence reducing radiation noise, suppressing the fluctuation of a supply voltage for stabilizing, and hence preventing the malfunction.
