PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the structure of a combustion chamber of a two-cycle internal combustion engine capable of facilitating an ignition, increasing a combustion speed, increasing an output, and improving a fuel consumption by accelerating the mixing of fuel mixture in a combustion chamber and concentrating the fuel mixture near an ignition plug. SOLUTION: The dome part 11a of a combustion chamber 11 of a two-cycle internal combustion engine 1 is formed generally into a truncated cone or a cylindrical shape, and a round-shape is provided in the dome part 11a ranging from the peripheral side surface thereof (inner peripheral surface 4b of center inside recessed part of cylinder head 4) to the tip part thereof (ceiling surface 4c of center inside recessed part of cylinder head 4). In addition, the tip part of the dome part 11a near an ignition plug 10 is projected to the center side of the combustion chamber 11, and the dome part 11a is connected from the outer peripheral side of the tip part to near the ignition plug 10 with a smooth curved line.
