PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an input effect by man power capable of 100% inputting to advancing ascending force of a bicycle, by giving self-braking to the force about to move the bicycle backward in the case of ascending a hill on the bicycle. SOLUTION: This bicycle comprises a sprocket wheel for a load associated from a driven sprocket wheel to be provided with a wheel for a load in a side surface, a fixed disc for guide provided with an arbitrary number of fixed roller groups in a side surface, a rotation hold plate provided with a lock shaft for a load and a lock shaft for an input, a cable unit for a load locking its both ends to both the above shafts, and a ratchet mechanism fit mounted in a base part of the above rotation hold plate.
