摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an initial state setting circuit preventing chattering of a reset release signal and reducing consumption current. SOLUTION: When noise is inputted in a process where a power voltage rises after power is supplied, the voltage of an outer terminal ExT11 also fluctuates. A hysterisis characteristics is given to the threshold of a hysterisis comparator HC. While a reset release signal is not outputted, the high threshold Vth1 is given and a low threshold Vth2 is given after the reset release signal is given. Even if an input voltage fluctuates after the input voltage from the outer terminal ExT11 once exceeds the threshold Vth1 and the reset release signal is outputted, an output state is maintained since the threshold becomes a low value Vth2. Thus, the chattering of the reset release signal is prevented.
