PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct a sensor apparatus from a small number of part items and enhance its assembling property while eliminating the need to provide a seal structure, in which apparatus an IC module is contained and fixed in a housing, with one end of a cord connected to the IC module within the housing. SOLUTION: An insertion assembly 24 comprises a holder 22 having a storage recess 29 therein; the IC module 13 stored in the storage recess 29; the cord 16 whose IC module side is partially stored in the storage recess 29 while being connected to the IC module 13; and a clip pin 23 attached to the holder 22 while in engagement with the IC module 13 stored in the storage recess 29. The insertion assembly 24 is covered with the housing 12 made of synthetic resin and the cord 16 is drawn out of the housing 12.
