SOLUTION: In a scroll fluid machine having a fixed scroll and a rotary scroll, in the scroll 12A on one side, a spiral lap 12a formed spirally from the central side to the outer circumference side and outermost circumferential,laps 12b, 12b' formed annularly and provided with a diameter larger than the lap outer circumference end of the scroll on the other side are arranged, and the outermost circumferential lap is used as the outermost wall of the scroll on one side, while the scroll laps on the one side and on the other side are combined together so that the lap of the scroll on the other side is arranged on the inside beyond the lap of the scroll on one side.
