PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the deterioration of communication quality when an effect voice signal is not contained. SOLUTION: A voice encoding device provided with a transmission side weighted filter means for obtaining a weighted difference signal by weighting, according to a hearing characteristic, with respect to a difference signal obtained by subtracting a transmission side synthesis signal generated by a transmission side synthesis filter from an input signal, comprises a transmission side voice- unvoiced decision means for deciding whether or not an effective voice signal is contained in the input signal, and a transmission side switching means for controlling an internal state of the transmission side synthesis filter on the basis of the weighted difference signal when this transmission side voiced- unvoiced decision means judges that the effective voice signal is contained in the input signal, and controlling the internal state of the transmission side synthesis filter on the basis of the difference signal when it is judged that the effective voice signal is not contained. |
