PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving signal analyzing device capable of extracting a reasonable driving signal suitable for both analysis and process. SOLUTION: The driving signal analyzing device extracts features of a driving signal by using the relation between amplitude components and a group delay of the frequency spectrum, and thereby compensating a bias of the group delay due to a transfer characteristic in the process in which a signal to be processed is generated, determining a precise driving time as a fixed point of a mapping to a compensated average time that can be obtained from the group delay compensated from the time base, and obtaining a duration expressing a spread of the original driving signal from the standard deviation of the compensated group delay. |
