The invention concerns an assembling and locking device (0) by introducing the male part (10) of at least a first element (1) into the female part (20) of a second element (2), then by rotating R the male part (10) by a locking angle V relative to the female part (20) or inversely, said male part (10) consisting of at least a spacer part (12) framed longitudinally with two locking parts (11, 13), so as to form two projecting planes S1 and S2 respectively between the parts (11)/(12) and (12)/(13) and said female part (20) comprising at least a first hollow part (21) adapted to receive the spacer part (12) and having at its longitudinal ends two projecting planes P1 and P2 co-operating at least partly with the projecting planes S1 and S2 of the male part. The invention is characterised in that the locking angle V ranges between 30 DEG and 60 DEG .
