<p>The invention relates to clinical immunology. The differences between highly avid and low avid G-class antibodies as to a structural organization, functional affinity and protective activity thereof provide a basis for a diagnosis of preclinical and clinically expressed forms of the immunological insufficiency (IN). The presence of IN and four expression forms thereof are diagnosed on the basis of transformation of the low avidin antibodies in to the highly avidin antibodies contained in blood serum and/or in secretions, of structural modifications and of real and potential functional and protective antibody activities. The diagnosis is made for two forms at the preclinical stage of immunoinsufficiency development - LIN-1 and LIN-2 and for 2 forms at clinically expressed stage - IN-1 and IN-2. A kit for rapid diagnosis of preclinical and clinically expressed forms of an immunological insufficiency is disclosed.</p> |
