<p>The method is based on the use of previously tinted fibers. In a first step of said method, the carded or combed sliver is obtained, which is woven in a circular knitting machine using different colored slivers and with the aid of the warping cones. A one face pile fabric with an incorporated design is thus obtained. A resining and tentering operation is then carried out to prepare the fabric for a subsequent napping step on the back face of the fabric, wherein the pile is extracted on this second face. A final shearing and lustering step is carried out on both faces to give the fabric its final soft, glossy and light appearance.</p> |
