Deforming bullet consists of a casing-less body (2) and a hollow chamber (5) extending into the tapered front part (6) of the body centrally to the longitudinal axis (15) of the bullet. The hollow chamber has a cylindrical part (16) and a conical part (19). A tappet (3) forms the bullet tip and consists of an head (7) for closing the opening of the hollow chamber and a shaft (8) extending into the chamber. Preferred Features: The part of the head which closes the opening of the chamber has a conical shape with a conical angle of 40-75, preferably 50-65 deg . The head is supported with its conical part on the edge of the opening to the chamber.
