PURPOSE: Stopper fixing structure for a shock absorber is provided to simplify assembly process by combining a stopper into a groove without an additional stop ring and to control damage of a rod according to pressurization of the stop ring. CONSTITUTION: Stopper fixing structure of a shock absorber comprises a rod(30); a stopper(70) controlling reaction of the rod; a fixing ledge(71) of a ring shape integrally formed on a lower end of the stopper; and a fixing groove(31) of a ring shape formed toward a circumference direction to insert into the fixing ledge. The fixing ledge is inserted to the fixing groove of the rod while installing the stopper on the rod. The fixing ledge of the stopper has a square section. Thereby, the stopper fixing structure of the shock absorber safely fixes the stopper into the rod by pressing the fixing ledge into the fixing groove. Moreover, the stopper fixing structure prevents damage of a surface of the rod according to press of an additional stop ring, and amplifies fixing operation.
