PURPOSE: A data and voice service apparatus using an ADSL(Asynchronous Digital Subscriber Line) system in a WLL(Wireless Local Loop) is provided to easily construct a B(Broadband)-WLL system by connecting a DSLAM(Digital Subscriber Line Asynchronous Modem) between a subscriber and a subscriber matching device so that a plurality of subscribers are connected. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of DSLAMs(100) have an encoder(101) for encoding a plurality of inputted subscriber voice/data and multiplexing the encoded subscriber voices to be transmitted as an ATM E1 stream(ATM cell) to a plurality of NIUs(Network Interface Units)(110). A plurality of NIUs(110) have an encoder(111) for receiving the ATM E1 stream to the multiplexed use voice transmitted from each DSLAM(100) and adding AIU(Air Interface Unit) intrinsic information to the received ATM E1 stream to encode the added ATM E1 stream, and a voice/data ATM multiplexer(112) for multiplexing inputted data by the stream encoded in the encoder(111). The ALU(120) has a decoder(121) for decoding the encoded voice/data transmitted from each NIU(110) and a multiplexer(122) for multiplexing data decoded in the decoder(121) in an ATM layer and transmitting the multiplexed data to an ATM network.
