The touch screen may be fixed to shell of the hand-held electronic equipment or movably be connected to shell of the hand-held electronic equipment. The hand-held electronic equipment with touch screen device expands effective visible scope; brightness of the display screen is enhanced; wear of the display screen is reduced.
