PURPOSE: An apparatus for adjusting an angle of a fixing bracket for a wall tapestry telephone is provided to increase the convenience by changing the shape of the fixing bracket and adjusting an installing position of the telephone at a desired angle and height. CONSTITUTION: A supporting board(10) is installed in an installation position of a wall surface or a table through a coupling unit, and a guide asperity(11) having an accepting groove(11a) and a fixing asperity(12) having a hinge point(12a) are protrusively formed in the supporting board(10). A rotating board(20) is combined with an upper portion of the supporting board(10) by a hinge pin(P1), and a wall tapestry telephone is safely received in a front surface of the rotating board(20). A pushing asperity(22) and a supporting asperity(23) are formed at a corresponding position of the guide asperity(11) and the fixing asperity(12) in a rear surface of the rotating board(20). A buffering board(30) is inserted into the accepting groove(11a) of the guide asperity(11) by a sliding type, and buffers the rotating board(20) through a return spring(31). A fixing board(40) is combined with the hinge point(12a) of the fixing asperity(12), and a curve portion(41) inserted into a bridging groove(23a) for fixing the rotating board(20) is protrusively formed in the fixing board(40). An adjusting axis(50) is installed at the hinge point(12a) of the fixing asperity(12), and fixes and releases the curve portion(41) inserted into the bridging groove(23a) through first and second springs.
