<p>The car protective cover (2) is wound up round a spool. The first embodiment contains a horizontal spool in housing (1) fixed permanently to carbody. Cover (2) is joined with spreading arms (3) mounted movably in grooves in the carbody. Arms (3) are moved by a motor-driven mechanism (4) mounted on axle (8) which is joined permanently with arms (3). On axle (8) a limiting pin (9) is mounted inside a bushing (10). In the second embodiment cover (2) is wound up a vertical spool by a motordriven mechanism situated in the housing (30) mounted on top of the car and slidable in vertical direction. Housing (30) has grooves and cover (2) has guides for straining lines (31) mounted inside the guides. For both embodiments there is a locking mechanism (5) mounted on the body of the car.</p> |
