<p>A method of measuring a cell activity within a short period of time without resort to any amplification step and a sensor therefor. Namely, a sensor device for measuring a cell activity provided with: a means of aggregating cells without substantially damaging the cell activity; and a measurement means located close to the aggregated cells; wherein the amount of the subject to be analyzed, which is present around the aggregated cells, is measured by the measurement means as the sum of the activities of individual cells thus aggregated.</p> |
