A vehicle wheel lock for immobilizing a wheel of a vehicle includes an outer cover plate, a locking element and an engaging shank that is connected to the hook at one end. Wherein, multi-holes are provided in the spoke and several immovable elements located in the inner side of the spoke. When the wheel lock is applied to the vehicle, the engaging shank partially extends through the hole of the hub from outer side and part still locates at the outer side of the hub. At the same time, the hook is pulled tightly against the inner surface of the spoke, securing the lock to the spoke. In this configuration, any attempt to rotate the wheel will cause the shank to meet with the immovable elements located in the inner side of the spoke, so preventing any further rotation of the wheel.
