<p>The present invention relates to compounds of formula (I) wherein R?1 and R2¿ are independently selected from C¿1-6?alkyl; one of R?4 and R5¿ is a group of formula (IA): R?3, R6, R7, R8, R9, R10 and R11¿ and the other of R?4 and R5¿ are as defined within, pharmaceutically acceptable salts, solvates, solvates of such salts and prodrugs thereof and there use as ileal bile acid transport (IBAT) inhibitors for the treatment of hyperlipidaemia. Processes for their manufacture and pharmaceutical compositions containing them are also described.</p> |
