<p>The invention discloses a framework of a V-shaped rubber belt and material thereof, wherein the framework has a flake structure and is made of polyester, nylon, or steel stripe and so on. It's characterized in that said flake structure increases its traverse-rigidity of stripe and transmission power. Due to the flake structure, the sheering force between two adjacent flakes is avoided, which improve service life of the stripe. Since adopting the flake structure, the process of manufacture of the belt is simplified and the cost is reduced. Because of the smaller tensibility of the flake structure, it is avoided that the V-shaped belt is adjusted frequently at the interval of using.</p> |
