The resonance pulser has a plunger movable by an oscillating mass in a cylinder, and fluid in the cylinder is used for internal pressure pulses of test piece, and oscillation excitation is produced by a spring movable by a motor driven crank drive. Instead of a crank drive the spring may be actuated by a pulsing plunger(17) in a hydraulic cylinder, whereby the drive of this plunger is preferably by means of a hydraulic pump or pressure accumulator and servo valve.
