Use of i) erythromycin, clarithromycin or an analogue or derivative thereof; ii) metronidazole or an analogue or derivative thereof; and iii) omeprazole or an analogue or derivative thereof, for the manufacture of a medicament for the treatment of a condition selected from the group consisting of inflammatory dermatomes, and in particular papulopustular rosacea and similar inflammatory papulopustular dermatoses.
