<p>A rotating disk type sewage treatment device, comprising a treated water tank (4) in which sewage to be treated is stored, a rotating shaft (3) passed between opposed side walls (4a, 4b) of the treated water tank (4), a plurality of rotating disks (1) installed on the rotating shaft (3) at specified intervals in the condition of being immersed partly in the sewage contained in the treated water tank (4), and a drive means to supply a drive force to the rotating shaft (3) so as to rotate the rotating disks (1), wherein the rotating disks (1) to which aerobic bacteria are adhered are rotated so as to bring the aerobic bacteria into contact with the sewage in order to aerobically decompose pollutants contained in the sewage for sewage treatment, the rotating disks (1) comprise sector-shaped segments (11) divided into (n) parts (n >/= 1, integer) and the sector-shaped segments (11) comprise sector-shaped pieces (11a, 11b) divided into two sector-shaped equal parts, and slender piece members (19a, 19b) forming square lattice-shaped net parts (191) having the same size are disposed on the segment-shaped pieces (11a, 11b) except at those portions near the outer peripheral parts surrounding the segment-shaped pieces (11a, 11b) in vertical and horizontal directions relative to one side of the segment-shaped pieces (11a, 11b) crossingly to each other, respectively.</p> |
