PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging paper container capable of dispensing with trouble of mounting cushioning materials in the container to protect an object to be packaged and being easily separated and thrown away even after use. SOLUTION: The packaging paper container stores and packages an object to be packaged in the container with cushioning materials (5) mounted therein. An inner box (1) of the paper container has faces (1a-1f), each of which is formed in a freely developable manner, and the cushioning materials (5a-5f) are bonded in spots to the inner faces of the inner box (1) so as to be easily separable therefrom.
