PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rice transplanter which is equipped with a fertilizer applicator and can supply seedlings to a seedling-loading carriage in an easy posture. SOLUTION: This rice transplanter with a fertilizer applicator, characterized by disposing a fertilizer-storing hopper 13 long in the lateral direction of the machine frame behind a driver's seat 5A, disposing a seedling-loading carriage 22 behind the fertilizer-storing hopper 13, and further extending a boarding step surrounding the driver's seat 5A from the lateral side ends of the fertilizer- storing hopper 13 to the lateral outer side of the machine frame, whereby the boarding step 20A is used to supply the seedlings, even when the seedlings are supplied to the end portions of the seedling-loading carriage 22.
