PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily achieve a more delicate tuning, and to improve the shift feeling of a shift lever by using a mass according to a vehicle and a model without degrading the rigidity of a cable lever. SOLUTION: In this shift lever structure of the manual transmission comprising the shift lever provided in a cabin, the cable lever provided outside the manual transmission, and a shift cable to communicate the shift lever to the cable lever, a transmission operation mechanism of the manual transmission is connected to one end of the cable lever, the shift cable is connected to a center portion of the cable lever, and the separate mass is welded to the other end of the cable lever.
