RETEMPERING DEVICE FOR KNEADING MATERIAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a retempering device for a kneading material, in which the kneading material is forcedly hoisted in the upper part on the delivery side of a return conveyor and squeezing is enabled and the limit of squeezed amount of the kneading material is high and dispersion properties of chemicals can be enhanced as a retempering device and retempering can be efficiently performed without damaging the cooling efficiency of the kneading material. SOLUTION: A pair of driving rolls 15a, 15b for allowing breadth to approach are provided in the upper part on the tip side of a return conveyor 12. The driving rolls 15a, 15b can be moved in the direction orthogonal to the progressing direction (Z direction shown by arrows) of the return conveyor 12 and also mutually approached and separated. The driving rolls 15a, 15b are formed into a nearly hourglass section and also the oblique angleαof the centerline S of a roll shaft 16 is set in a range of 10 deg.-50 deg. for a perpendicular line P for the horizontal upper face of the return conveyor 12.
