PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative panel having a sharp decorative layer and capable of removing any stain only by wiping the surface of the decorative layer. SOLUTION: In the decorative panel wherein the decorative layer and an overlay layer 3 are formed on a base material, the overlay layer contains 0-10 weight% of ash and an easy wiping substance.
