PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the excellent workability by attaching/detaching a vehicle seat from the outside of the vehicle. SOLUTION: The vehicle seat 20 is fixed to a cabin floor 10 by joining a seat side fitting member 25 provided on a lower portion thereof to a floor side fitting member 11 provided on an upper surface of the cabin floor 10 and tightened by fitting bolts 31a, 31b. The floor side fitting member 11 has a side portion 11b extended along the vertical direction and the longitudinal direction of the vehicle, the seat side fitting member 25 has a suspension portion 25b which is joined to the side portion 11b, and the fitting bolt 31a with its axial direction in the transverse width direction of the vehicle is passed through the suspension portion 25b and screwed in the side portion 11b. The suspension portion 25b is fixed by tightening the fitting bolt 31a from a door opening side of the vehicle to the cabin floor center side using a tightening tool.
