PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a direct mail(DM) medium capable of personally analyzing a user, delicately conducting a sales promotion and serving waiting on a customer not on another enterpriser and to provide a DM medium capable of omitting a labor hour of again mailing a reward to the customer when incorporating characters of a questionaire DM. SOLUTION: A first invention is a direct mail with a coupon to be sent from a trader to a customer for the sales promotion or the other purpose. In this case, individual processing or printing of information is executed on a coupon ticket to be added on each address customer. A second invention is a direct mail with a coupon capable of being utilized for both the sales promotion and a customer's questionaire by incorporating a return/reply postcard. As a preferred embodiment of the second invention, the direct mail with a coupon having a return/reply postcard in which individual processing or printing of information is executed on a coupon ticket may be provided. |
