PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pad capable of preventing a pad from separating and water from entering at four corners and to efficiently prevent fibers from projecting outward. SOLUTION: This pad is formed by sealing the whole periphery of a shape composed of a substantially square part and substantially bow-like parts positioned at both ends in the transverse thereof by ultrasonic waves. This pad and this manufacturing method therefore are characterized in that, by assuming the transverse length of the substantially square part L, the length in the axis of ordinates S, and the radius of the substantially bow-like part R, the relationship between L and S is expressed by the expression: 0.5S<=L<=4S, and the relationship between R and S is expressed by the expression: 0.5S<=R<S. This emergency sticking plastesr is manufactured by using the pad and the manufacturing method of it is also provided. |
