<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic welding device which is capable of certainly welding thermoplastic resin films together, even when a non-fusible member is held between the thermoplastic resin films as well as an ultrasonic welding method. SOLUTION: This ultrasonic welding device is equipped with an ultrasonic vibrator 3 for generating an ultrasonic vibration, an ultrasonic horn 5 to which the ultrasonic vibration is transmitted from the ultrasonic vibrator 3 and a cradle 7 which is opposed to the ultrasonic horn 5 holding the thermoplastic resin film 8 tightly. In this device, a specified recessed part 13 is formed at the tip part of the horn 5 and a projecting part 15 corresponding to the recessed part 13 is formed in the cradle 7.</p> |
