PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curable resin composition which has a long service time and a short curing time, can be cured at low temperatures, and is excellent in curability in the depth. SOLUTION: There is provided a curable resin composition comprising an epoxy resin, an amine-base potential curing agent and water, wherein the amine- base potential curing agent and the water are maintained in a non-contact state during preservation, while upon use they are brought into contact with each other to positively hydrolyze the amine-base potential curing agent to cure the resin composition. However, the epoxy resin and the amine-base potential curing agent may be of a one-pack type in which they are mixed or of a two-pack type in which they are prepared, sold and preserved separately and mixed upon use.
