PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bird evading device capable of keeping an evading effect for a long time by employing studying effect of birds, safe directly or indirectly to human bodies and the environment, simple in handling and hygiene. SOLUTION: This bird evading device has the following structure: an evading agent is filled in a spherical or steric container, or the agent is impregnated in the evading container itself; a means for defusing the evading agent toward the outside from the container is installed; two or more evading containers are linked with a string at a specified interval; and the color of yellow, orange, gold, silver, black, or the like, and a design are given to the outer periphery of each evading container.
