PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging bag on which the operation of unsealing a mouth section is discontinued on a proper site so as not to spoil decorations and the like applied on the front face and the like of the packaging bag when a packaging bag is unsealed. SOLUTION: The packaging bag is formed of a multilayer packaging film, and at least film layers oriented on one lateral axis are laminated on the packaging film, and a heat sealing film is laminated on the inner surface side of the packaging bag. The packaging bag is formed by heat sealing the heat sealing films one another, and a back sealed section formed by butt seam of the packaging films is provided on the back of the bag, and unsealing start section is provided on the back sealed section, and unsealing control sections on which the heat sealing films are heat sealed are formed on both ends on an extension line of a section forming an unsealing mouth when the bag is unsealed on the unsealing start section.
