PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cold forging method which can improve the forming accuracy and obtain a final product only by a slightest finishing work. SOLUTION: A stock material 18 inserted in a die 14 is sandwiched by a punch 20 and a knockout 19, a predetermined pressure is given to the knockout 19, and the stock material is formed by giving the pressure larger than the sum of the knockout pressure and the forming pressure to the punch 20.
