PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foot shape sheet which can prevent turning up, sliding and slipping being easy to occur in an athletic motion accompanying a twisting such as a golf swing from occurring, and also, is effective to stabilize the balance of the gravity center of the foot sole. SOLUTION: At the intermediate location between the section with which the thick of the big toe comes into contact and the section with which the thick of the second toe comes into contact within a front half section on the surface of the base of this approximate foot shape sheet, a big toe anti-slipping element is provided. Also, at the approximately central location within the intermediate half section, the arch of the foot-supporting base body is provided.
